This page captures the maintainer-quality rules that should remain accessible without sitting in the primary navigation.

Source Of Truth

• apps/docs/ contains the production Nextra docs app and its source content
• apps/docs/content/ is canonical for public-facing product messaging
• README.md is a repo entrypoint, not the authoritative product site
• AGENTS.md is repo-local and operational
• docs/product/*.md remain source material and deeper planning references

Review Rules

• reject product messaging drift
• reject duplicated competing sources of truth
• reject low-context AI dumps
• require docs updates when product direction changes

Hidden Page Rule

Hidden pages should stay public and linkable, but they should not clutter the main documentation experience unless they become broadly useful.
